Seit dem Schuljahr 2002/03 wird in unseren Klassen Englisch als Arbeitssprache eingesetzt. Dies passiert täglich und in einem Ausmaß von 4 Wochenstunden pro Klasse.
- Native speakers arbeiten mit dem Klassenlehrer/der Klassenlehrerin eng zusammen.
- Vermittlung von Computerkenntnissen in altersmäßig adäquater und spielerischer Form. Der PC als „Werkzeug“ in der Klasse.
- Im Sinne von Global Education (Verbindung von Sprachkompetenz und neuen Technologien) wird Ihr Kind von Beginn an für die Anforderungen eines vereinten Europas und die Internetgesellschaft vorbereitet.
Since the beginning of the academic year 2002/03 English has been used as a working language from the first grade onwards.
- English-speaking native teachers cooperate intensively with our Austrian class teachers.
- Information and communication technology (ICT) are being taught in a playful way. The computer is one of the major tools in the classroom.
- Your child ist going to be provided with the necessary skills for a United Europe and the internet society through Global Education (linguistic competence in combination with the new technologies).
4C Storybook
4c has been learning about the english speaking country of Scotland.
Through reading, writing, listening and speaking activities, we learned about its beautiful geography, fascinating history and culture.
We enjoyed the reading and discussion of the storybook “Greyfriars Bobby” and then tasted real “Scottish shortbread” and “English tea” to conclude this very interesting unit.
